What makes a luxury brand? Is it the price value of the car or it’s quality?
Luxury car brands are known for their high prices and luxurious interiors. They also tend to come from well-known manufacturers such as BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Jaguar, Porsche, etc.
However, some luxury car brands are much cheaper than others. Some even offer great value for money. The key is to look at the features and benefits offered by each model.
Best Luxury Cars
Here’s the list of some Luxury cars. You may know that there are plenty of expensive cars in the market but do you realize what they go for? Here we have listed out some of the popular luxury cars.
– Lamborghini Aventador SVJ LP 700-4 Roadster
This is the super sports car version of Lamborghini’s roadster series featuring an amazing engine. You can find this bad boy up for sale for about $35,000. One of its rivals would be the Ferrari 599XX which comes with a 6.0 liter V12 engine. That thing has enough power to reach 60 mph in just 3 seconds. If you want to drive fast and own the roads, get yourself one of these bad boys.
– Maybach 62 Convertible
Maybach is another name in the automotive industry having long history. Their vehicles have always been special due to the German engineering and design. They are mostly known for making luxury limousines and convertibles. This particular example features a convertible body style and a beautiful interior. With only 12 units available for sale, this means this kind of cars is quite rare. Its engine produces 755 hp., allowing it to accelerate from 0-60 mph in less than five seconds.
– Rolls Royce Ghost Drophead Coupe – Platinum
This is not just any Rolls Royce. This is a drophead coupe which means the back half of the roof is removable. And if that wasn’t enough, the owner gets to choose between 2 engines: a 650 horsepower twin-turbocharged V12 or a more fuel efficient 627 horsepower turbocharged V8.
– Pagani Huayra BC
The Huayra is a mid-engined hypercar that was produced by the Italian sportscar manufacturer called Pagani. It is the successor of the Zonda F which was first introduced in 2013. The Huayra BC features a front-engine, rear wheel drive layout. It uses a naturally aspirated 730hp 6.0-liter V12 engine. While the standard model goes for about $2.3 million, the limited edition models like this one will set you back about $56700.
– Aston Martin DB11
The Aston Martin DB11 is the latest addition to the brand’s lineup. It was designed to replace the Vanquish and Virage models and its exterior looks very different from its predecessors. Although this grand tourer doesn’t beat the Lamborghini Urus or the McLaren 720S when it comes to pure performance, it still might be the perfect vehicle for someone looking for something practical yet stylish.
– Koenigsegg Jesko
When it comes to exotic cars, the Koenigsegg Jeska is almost impossible to pass by. We don’t really see too many of them in the US and Koenigsegg only made a total of 15 Jeskas throughout their production run, including this one. It’s especially unique since it’s the only one that’s fully electric. The battery allows the driver to travel over 500 miles without stopping. Unfortunately, the price of this bad boy has grown significantly so we wouldn’t advise anyone to spend more than $1.25 million on this e-vehicle.
– Bugatti Chiron
Bugatti is well known for building some of the fastest and most exclusive cars in the world. This might be the ultimate expression of a Bugatti as it can hit speeds of up to 216mph. Like other high end luxury cars, the Chiron also got a carbon fiber monocoque chassis which gives it great strength and handling. The wheels feature ceramic brakes for better braking capability. Despite the weight of its batteries (they account for 40% of the car), they are able to provide enough power to move the car at such high speeds.
– Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series
If you thought that the Mercedes Benz SLR was the fastest street legal car in the world, think again! According to Mercedes, the next iteration of the SLS is even faster. The Mercedes SLS AMG black series is capable of hitting speeds of up to 509 km/h (325 mph) if the driver wants to push it to its limits. That may seem fast but it’s slightly slower than the Bugatti Chiron which can go as fast as 216km/h (137 mph).
